In 2016 and 2017, Black and Pink partnered with students at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston to develop these guides to share with prisoners. These guides are designed to share information with prisoners on their state’s policies around grievance procedures (as it relates to the Prison Litigation Reform Act), solitary confinement, transgender specific regulations, and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). The guides were designed for specific states where we have the largest prisoner membership. We hope to develop more guides in years to come.en_US
