Class Year: | 2013 |
Abstract: | My thesis is centered around Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics and his discussion on the happy life. I recapitulate Aristotle’s argument of the human ergon and his breakdown of virtue. In doing so, I argue that Aristotle is consistent with his definition of the happy life throughout the entirety of his work. |
