In this paper I have utilized a multi-agent distributed control model based o of the swarming behavior of honeybees as an example case in order to further understand how such distributed systems work and what bene t they provide, and examine the quickly growing eld of data visualizations. I described the model and its advantageous features, and then used an existing framework on the process of digital design to consider how this information could best be represented. I tie all this together by devising and implementing a visualization using moving robots and strips of LEDs.en_US
